真是早起的鸟儿有虫吃呀，难得起的早去超市，总算看到除猪肉之外的肉类。好开森 呀嘛 好开森 ！最爱买一堆食材，然后回家各种组合，哇卡卡，其实是懒呀。这个菜就是组合之作，挺下饭哒！
这个 这个 我用料挺随意哒
生姜、京葱、桂皮、八角
黄彩椒、红彩椒、芹菜、大蒜
盐、糖、生抽、豆瓣酱
炒牛肚的做法 &
牛肚先清洗干净，黄彩椒、红彩椒、芹菜切丝。
高压锅伺候。洗干净的整块牛肚和京葱，生姜，桂皮，八角一股脑丢进去，加没过食材的水，压十五分钟。
捞出压好的牛肚切丝，热锅下油，炒香大蒜，放入豆瓣酱炒出红油，加牛肚丝翻炒均匀。加糖一点点，将彩椒芹菜丝也放进去，把生抽盐都撒进去吧，稍微炒吧炒吧就出锅咯。
1.高压锅放水的多少，起码是没过食材，也可多，我这次就放的不少，因为汤汁还是可以留下来煮面的嘛
